The floor plans of newly built apartments are structures created after much deliberation. However, most structures are planned based on "basic living" that is suitable for everyone. This Seocho Grand Xi project is a site where we reconsidered where families actually spend the most time, rather than simply maintaining a fixed number of rooms. We expanded part of a small room into the kitchen to create a face-to-face island and a spacious dining area, and connected two rooms into one to reconfigure the space so that children's study, storage, and relaxation flow naturally.
