A total of 150 rockets were launched, with 20 hitting Israel's Mount Meron region. Citing several key sources on (September 20), the KAN stated that approximately 150 rockets were fired from Lebanon across the border on Friday (September 20, 2024). According to the IDF, another 20 rockets were launched from Lebanon into the Mount Meron region in northern Israel some time ago. The Israeli military said the rockets came in three waves this afternoon, targeting locations along the border. The Israeli ambulance service said there were no reports of casualties. Similarly, Lebanon's Hezbollah claimed it launched seven separate attacks on Israeli targets with Katyusha rockets. Hezbollah said it fired a barrage of rockets at the Israeli military base in retaliation for a sabotage attack that disabled its communications equipment in southern Lebanon. Hezbollah said it launched a "Katyusha rocket attack" against at least six Israeli military "headquarters" and bases, including a "major air defense base."
