Pressed sushi is called Oshizushi in Japanese developed around Kansai area(Kyoto,Osaka...). Oshizushi is more traditional style of sushi than Nigiri(Raw fish on the rice ball). The pressed sushi mould is for domestic use,but you can make easily nice pressed sushi by using this mould.
