How to test and replace EGR Valve on 1992 Chevy 350 TBI (87-95) Negative Back Pressure EGR ~ GMC OBS

Here is how to test and replace a negative back pressure EGR valve on a Chevy 350 tbi. Symptoms may include, rough idle, stalling, stalling after letting off throttle, running poorly, bad gas mileage, code 32 etc. This particular truck is a 1992 Chevy Silverado.
