Phillip Schofield's Last Children's BBC afternoon 21 August 1987

This was Phillip's final afternoon on Children's BBC. A few interesting things. It was (I think) the first time Children's BBC in the afternoons had not been presented from the usual Broom Cupboard studio. It starts with Phillip being "fired" by Michael Grade but I'm not sure who thought it was acceptable for Gordon the Gopher to be shown with a cigar in his mouth! Sat outside his office was probably the future Mrs Schofield (Stephanie Lowe) who was Michael Grade's secretary!
