Dockett Eddy, based in Leeds, United Kingdom, has been curating Turn end tapes for several years with taste, exigence, and a genuine underground approach. Like moths in the dark, we met Dockett Eddy on a winters night in Berlin. Drawn by a light we were craving for, our paths naturally crossed and bounded. The encounter happened at a pivotal moment, towards the start of our label’s journey. Since then, Beau has continually collaborated with us to create our graphic identity, giving shape to everything you see. Now and then, he also sent us some music… Eerie and austere at first, yet revealing a strange beauty when listened to closely, his sound was steeped in darkness, melancholy, and a quiet tension.
