A three-person team is working on-site, laying Smart Block for the first time, and the house shell, including gables, is completed in approximately 20 days. This series shows the real construction process without any pre-planning: with inspections, operational nuances, corrections, and technical solutions implemented right on-site. Smart Block is a permanent formwork for monolithic walls, so it's especially important to properly reinforce the structure, maintain the masonry geometry, pour the concrete thoroughly, and plan for all components in advance: lintels, gables, wall plates, windows, and partitions.
