PAC finally grill key NYS scam suspect Josephine Kabura
The public accounts committee was today stunned after Josephine Kabura, a key suspect in the National Youth Service Scandal, appeared to acknowledge that she conducted suspect transactions with the NYS and other government ministries. Kabura acknowledged that her companies received business worth 1.67 billion shillings in a period of four months from the government entities, without following due process. And as Sylvia Chebet reports, Kabura also acknowledged that she did not pay any tax to the Kenya Revenue Authority.
