The Fragrance Foundation UK's An Evening With Aurélien Guichard. Annalise Fard, Director of Home & Beauty at Harrods, and Chairman of The Fragrance Foundation UK hosts this event that discovers more about Aurélien's outstanding and fascinating career. Aurélien Guichard is a French Perfumer, entrepreneur, author of many successful perfumes, and is a Perfumer at Takasago Paris since 2018. In 2016, he founded the Domaine de Chautard perfume flower farm in his native region of Grasse. He is also co-founder of the perfume house MATIERE PREMIERE, launched in October 2019. He is the only Perfumer to produce his own ingredients (notably Rose Centifolia and Tuberose) for his creations for MATIERE PREMIERE. Aurélien Guichard embodies the 7th generation of a family of perfumers from Grasse. He grew up between the family fields of rose and jasmine in Grasse and the urban cultural environment of central Paris. On his return to France in September 1999, after a Bachelor degree in England, he was offered to join the prestigious Givaudan School by Geoffrey Webster, President of the Givaudan Perfumery Company, and so his career began! Aurélien Guichard sincerely believes in an Author perfumery.
