Baby Tiddles Shares An Important Message
To use this video in a commercial player or in broadcasts, please email [email protected] With orphan season almost upon us, Tidlig aka Baby Tiddles shows us why it's so important to investigate any persistent trilling or chirping that you may hear in the coming months. Baby flying-foxes are orphaned for many reasons with the main culprits seeing mothers die on overhead powerlines, trapped in large aperture netting and barbed wire fencing, vehicle strikes and dog attacks. Baby Tiddles was one of the lucky ones and he is being lovingly hand raised by Louella before being released back to the wild next year. Never touch but please call in any bat by itself through the day even if it appears dead as it may have a live baby under wing. www.facebook.com/BatzillatheBat/
