Hello everyone :-) Today we'll be making juniper sausage in a jar. You'll see for yourself that it's worth it! It has a long shelf life, a wonderful aroma, is great fun, and is inexpensive compared to store-bought sausage. I recommend it and wish you bon appetit :-) Recipe    • Kiełbasa jałowcowa w słoiku z długim termi...   Ingredients: 3 kg pork shoulder. 2 heaped teaspoons of juniper. 2 heaped teaspoons of white mustard. 2 heaped teaspoons of granulated garlic. 2 heaped teaspoons of ground pepper. 20 g of smoked sea salt. 12 g of sea salt. 16 g of curing salt.
