To get the best results watch the original video also to see me wrap a variety of odd shaped stones. When I first started wire wrapping, I didn't have a big budget and could not afford cut cabochons, all I could afford were tumbled stones which come in all sorts of odd shapes. I could not find a tutorial that suited me for wrapping weird shaped stones so I had to teach myself.
