Every child dreams of learning the cartwheel (and some adults who didn't learn it in childhood too! hehe). Although it seems like a simple gymnastics movement, performing a cartwheel requires a lot of coordination, arm strength, and confidence to get through the inverted position. To help the child acquire the physical and psychological conditions to learn a cartwheel, use these 11 progressive exercises. Positioning your hands and raising your legs at the right time, correctly and confidently, takes time. Therefore, repeat each exercise several times.
