If you have a basic understanding of the core principles and terms of Jung’s psychology, but would like to learn more about how Carl Jung understood and worked with dreams, then this course is for you! The full course will introduce you to the world of dream interpretation through a classical Jungian lens. We explore how Carl Jung used dreams when working with his clients, how he worked with his own dreams, and how he understood the importance of dream work for emotional balance and psychological well being. In this introductory class we look at how Jung understood the structure of the psyche and the role of dreams in making the unconscious conscious. We close the class with a brief overview of the content of the full eight module course, Jung 103: Jung and Dreams.
