Chop the meat and vegetables. 2. Fry the meat in vegetable oil. When it changes color, add the soy sauce and fry for another 5 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, take the glass noodles, place them in a bowl, and pour boiling water over them. Add 1-2 teaspoons of salt and stir. Let them sit for about 5 minutes, then drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. 4. Add the vegetables to the meat and fry until tender. Add more soy sauce if needed. 5. Combine the glass noodles with the meat and vegetables, add soy sauce to taste, and mix thoroughly. Heat the noodles through and turn off the heat. 6. Serve the dish. Sprinkle the glass noodles with sesame seeds if desired.
