As a trauma informed yoga teacher, Echo guides us through a gentle full body grounding yoga flow and mindful meditation to how to set boundaries and transmute and unburden the stress and anxiety one may feel as an empathetic being in a fragmented and polarized world. This powerful tantric hatha yoga practice is one to create more insight towards our own self strength and empowerment as sensitive beings existing in this world. Breathe, move slowly, find stillness, and allow yourself to feel deeper and move through this inwards yoga with more skill, grace and ease. The full body stretches in this healing flow can also help feel relief from pains, tensions, soreness, and tightness all over the body and offer a deep stretch routine that can be safely done daily. Being an empath can bring us heaviness, so to transmute the burden, so it's important to set boundries, bring mental health awareness and physical therapy to give ourselves the tools for integrated healing.
