Ecotan Farm produces rare domestic bananas, a rare find among only a few farms in Okayama Prefecture. This was my first time visiting a banana farm, and I learned so much! In addition to bananas, they also produce cocoa and coffee, and I'd love to hear more about them once they're commercialized.
