A corner that suddenly appears amidst the skyscrapers, like a "margin in the city"—the mixed-use residential and commercial complex, "Nishiike Valley." It received the Good Design Award 2025 Gold Prize for "Mixed-Use Residential Complexes through Urban Redevelopment." Why was this redevelopment recognized?
