Esther Cueto, a doctor with the Gijón Municipal Sports Board, has created this highly informative video on how to act in an emergency, incorporating the 2025 updates. It's an 8-minute video that covers unconsciousness, calling 112 (the European emergency number), CPR, using a defibrillator, and how to respond to choking. This presentation can be useful for secondary school students and above, and certainly for adults.
