This model first appeared in 2014, when it was introduced by Nusantara Gemilang, a body manufacturer known as the Maxi Miracle, featuring extra-high dimensions. This bus model trend grew in popularity when Adi Putro introduced a similar body model under the Jetbus 2+ series. Soon, other body manufacturers also introduced double-glazed body models, which have persisted to this day. Now, in 2024, the double-glazed body model, complete with its super-high dimensions, often called SHD, remains a favorite among both operators and the public.
