Whimsy Diaries Ep. 1 | In Search of Joy

Welcome to Episode 1 of Whimsy Diaries. I originally filmed this episode back in April and planned to share it much sooner. Life happened, I procrastinated, and then my laptop crashed while I was editing. I honestly wasn't sure if this series would ever see the light of day, but I was able to recover the footage and decided it was worth finishing. So even if it's a little late, I'm really happy it's finally here. Earlier this year, life felt... heavy. Between burnout, grief, and everything happening in the world, I realized that joy wasn't something I was going to stumble upon. It was something I had to intentionally make room for. In this episode, I'm organizing my wardrobe with the INDYX app, working on Motevis, picking up crochet again, trying on outfits, and slowing down enough to appreciate the little moments. This vlog also became something I never expected. Shortly after filming, my cat passed away after 15 wonderful years together. Looking back, I'm incredibly grateful I captured these quiet moments with her. Thank you for watching. I almost gave up on this series after losing the footage, but I'm really glad I didn't.
