But with so much access to content, the question becomes where do we even begin! In this video we talk about the benefits of instructionals, how to pick which ones to watch, and how to watch them. As someone who did jiu-jitsu for about 4 years before ever watching an instructional video, I may have different perspective on this than someone who is brand new or someone who has been around jiu-jitsu their whole life.
