Blooming Into Awareness — A Meditation on Peace, Flow & Wisdom | 30 Min Guided Meditation
This guided meditation explores peace through three simple images: a summer garden in full bloom, a cloth drying in the sunlight, and a leaf floating effortlessly on a stream. Through relaxation, mindfulness, and direct observation, the practice invites the mind to stop forcing experience and begin understanding it. Drawing on early Buddhist teachings, the meditation explores causes and conditions, non-resistance (avirodhatā), the recognition of non-anger, non-hatred, and non-delusion, and the insights that led to the Buddha's awakening. Periods of quiet reflection allow awareness to settle naturally into stillness, clarity, and ease. Join Morning Leaves of Mindfulness for daily teachings and guided practice: cambridgepeacehouse.org
