He also shares insight into his relationship with Dorian Yates as well as Dorian's mindset. Chris also goes into detail on his career accomplishments and low points. He recounts how he was constantly overlooked and wish he had a better shake at things. His 6 Arnold Classic runner-ups were a part of the highlights of his illustrious career. Chris goes on to share some insight into why he feels the physiques of today are lacking in terms of quality and shares some advice to the next generation of bodybuilders.
