I was so excited I couldn't sleep, and with the brutal heat, I thought I might collapse, but somehow I managed to enjoy the roughly 300km one-way motorcycle tour! The weather kept messing with my plans, but I happened to book lodging for September, so I decided, “I have to go!!” and set off. The karst landscape straddling the Ehime-Kochi prefectural border overwhelmed me with scenery I'd never seen before. I was so moved, I couldn't stop crying. It's a place I'd love to revisit someday when I have time to leisurely tour Shikoku again. It was full of mishaps, but I'm truly grateful to all the people who helped me along the way.
