A Tribute to my very first ever ship couple back when i was just a little girl obsessed with dinosaurs. This show really did mean a lot to me. Abby Maitland was the first female I remember being tough and feminine at the same time. She could kick ass but care deeply at the same time. She was the first woman who taught me to be strong. And Connor Temple taught me to look for the kind and loyal guy who was sweet and loved more than anything. And Conby as a ship couple. Well they certainly gave me unrealistic shipping expectations thats for sure. They certainly made me think all ships worked out well in the end. And for me out of all my ships somehow in a show filled with time travel and dinosaurs they were the most real couple i have shipped. It's not sappy and tv cheesy, or over the top or anything of the sort. They're not all over each other, and when they do say "I love you" it's not over played and dramatised, it's pure. I love how she's so sure in his love for her that he doesn't even need to say it. I love how their intimate moments arent over dramatised and cheesy. Her proposing to him was the first time i saw a woman propose to a man and i thought it was awesome. And Connor making it a joke is just true Connor Temple fashion They are the Ultimate friends to loves trope in my opinion Also as much as i love my strong females Connor saving Abby and accidently confessing his feelings to her is AESTHETIC Anyway i hope you enjoy this little tribute.
