Khan Sir की FIR पर Patna Court में Bihar Police ने क्या कहा?

Khan Sir, whose real name is Faisal Khan, has received anticipatory bail in connection with the firing incident outside Khan Global Studies in Patna. Three employees of the coaching institute were also granted anticipatory bail, while two security guards arrested in the case received regular bail. However, the court has not quashed the FIR against Khan Sir. The Bihar Police, in its affidavit, argued that the case was registered after receiving credible information and verifying the incident. Police also said the investigation is not limited to the persons from whom weapons were recovered and will examine whether anyone allegedly instigated, assisted or facilitated the firing. The investigation includes viral videos, witness statements, weapon seizures, verification of arms licences and other circumstances linked to the incident.
