He explains that every people have a set of priority, a special interest in something that inspires them, have a hidden genius in them. To develop that, we have to identify these values, to be honest about who we are, live authentically, compare our actions to our dreams, and finally we will be able to handle paradoxe. He says that we can have many goals, but to achieve them, we have to find the highest value, master it, and then link the other values to that one.
