Tools and products needed for this service/repair is: -Screwdriver or ratchet with T25 (Torx) bit -Ratchet -8mm pipe -10mm pipe -6mm drill bit or 4mm allen key -1/2 extension or breaker bar/ratchet Or -Specialty serpentine belt tool Depending on your engine configuration you either need: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Long Belt for A/C fitted cars - (OE) 6PK 2345 Short Belt for non A/C fitted cars - (OE) 6PK 1800 OG or Old Generation is the first generational series of the SAAB 9-3 which spanned from 1998 to 2002. In this specific video a 2002 SAAB 9-3 Convertible is shown. However this guide will be useful if you own a SAAB 9-3 from 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 & 2002.
