Sommerliche Maracuja- Torte ❗️Ein Tortentraum perfekt für warme Tage- fruchtig, leicht und lecker.

Delicious passion fruit tart Ingredients: For the sponge base Eggs - 3 Sugar - 80 g Flour - 120 g Baking powder - 1 tsp 1 pinch of salt Preparation: Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar until stiff. Add the egg yolks one at a time. Sieve the flour and baking powder over the mixture and mix carefully. Pour the batter into a 24 - 26 cm baking tin lined with baking paper (I used 26 cm), smooth out and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 25 mins. Leave to cool. Cut horizontally once. For the cream: low-fat quark - 500 g mascarpone - 250 g whipping cream - 400 ml cream stiffener - 1 pack sugar - 150 g vanilla sugar - 1 pack ground gelatine - 1 pack water - 6 tbsp passion fruit juice - 200 ml Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Allow the gelatine to swell in the water. Mix the quark, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla sugar. Heat the passion fruit juice and dissolve the gelatine in it. Take some of the cream, add to the gelatine and juice mixture and stir. Then add the liquid mixture to the cream. Stir into a smooth mixture and fold in the cream. Place a cake ring around the first base and pour half of the mixture on top. Place the second cake layer on top and pour the rest of the cream on top. Place the cake in the fridge for 4 hours. For the passion fruit glaze: Passion fruit juice - 250 ml Passion fruit - 1-2 pieces (you can leave them out if you like) Light-coloured cake glaze - 1 sachet Sugar - 2 tbsp Scoop out the fruit from the passion fruit. Mix the glaze and sugar with the juice, add the fruit and bring to the boil. Slowly pour over the cream. Leave to set.
