Miss Philippines made it to the top 5 in the pageant. Miss Angola won the top honor as Miss Universe. Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup answers Chris Trondsen's question about the Oprah Winfrey rumor and the question that people say she was at a disadvantage for not using a translator. Supsup also talked about the importance of education. The press conference took place this past Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the Americana in Glendale, CA.
