Today they’re building a public talk for brokers from scratch – a new Mira format where experts speak openly about the real estate market and answer questions that usually get asked one to one, behind closed doors. In less than twenty-four hours, that idea has to turn into a real event: stage, lighting, crews, timing, all the last-minute fixes that come with making something public before it’s had time to breathe. By the time Omar Gull and Marwan Al Kindi walk on stage, the conversation already carries more weight than a typical panel talk. Buyers are still active, but far more selective now, and brokers want clarity on the issue that hits them most directly: how long they wait to get paid. What the room gets in return isn’t just opinion, but a real shift. Payment terms stretch further for clients, commission timing changes dramatically for brokers, and the whole event starts to feel like a moment people will point back to later.
