Front Splits - Yoga Flow Class with Priyan - On the Mat
Join Priyan, for a 45 minute Flow Class that incorporates poses taken from the "Front Splits" theme from classes conducted in our studio last week. On that week we learnt to safely stretch groins, hamstrings and hip flexors by understanding to engage our stabilising muscles in hips and pelvis. Poses incorporated from our Basic, Essential and intermediate level classes into this sequence are: Standing Hand to Big Toe (Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana), Front Splits (Hanumanasana), Dancer Splits (Natarajasana Variation).
