Queen Grafting Results… How Many Took....Cell Finisher Conversion

Today I’m opening up the cell starter/builder to check the results of my queen grafting. It’s been about 48 hours since grafting larvae into the cups, and now we find out what actually took. This is the moment every beekeeper waits for after grafting—did the bees accept the grafts, or reject them? I’ll walk through the frame, show what I’m seeing, and estimate how many grafts were accepted and are now in the process of being capped and developed into queen cells. From there, I also convert the cell builder hive into a cell finisher, and show how that transition works.
