Today’s vlog is all about simple village life. Yesterday, I cut some grass from the forest and brought it home, and in the morning I fed it to our cows and cattle. Since there was no other work, I thought of going to the fields where we had stored some stones and planned to make a TikTok video. But because the sun was too hot, we couldn’t go right away. Later, I got ready, applied sunscreen, and went outside. At home, I usually avoid using sunscreen because I worry it will finish soon, as I don’t have money to buy a new one. Since it was very sunny again, we stayed inside and enjoyed eating lime with chili and cumin. After that, my grandmother asked us to make a dipping sauce with cherry tomatoes, so my mom prepared it for her. In the evening, we dressed up and finally went to the place I had planned to visit. I wanted to show the beautiful views, but unfortunately, it was cloudy and foggy, so we couldn’t see the scenery properly. Still, we managed to make a short TikTok clip and took some photos. On the way back, my father picked us up, and later we joined a family dinner. I also shared how in the southern part, we don’t have to wait for special festivals like Diwali to eat roti—it’s more common here.
