Una noche con Alejandra Vallejo-Nágera

Alejandra Vallejo-Nágera holds a degree in Psychology and teaches at IE Business School, ESIC Business & Marketing School, and the Faculty of Medicine at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). She is a certified instructor in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMASS). She has been a weekly contributor to TVE's morning show, "Saber Vivir," and RNE's "Gente Despierta." She is also a researcher and trainer at the Coca-Cola Institute of Happiness. Alejandra specializes in Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, and EMDR therapies and is a member of the team at the Medical-Surgical Center for Digestive Diseases (CMED). Currently, she combines her work as a lecturer, columnist, and author of books on Psychology and History with hosting various podcasts. During the program, we discuss her work as a thanatologist, accompanying terminally ill patients in their final hours, near-death experiences, spirituality, and many other thought-provoking topics.
