We teamed up with Next Level Trucks who specialise in all American truck builds and upgrades to turn our Chevy 2500HD into the ultimate touring setup. Stage 1 of the build is all about creating the Chevy 2500HD to tow big, handle tough terrain, and stay comfortable over long distances with the right suspension, towing capability, and touring essentials to make it a reliable long-haul rig. From heavy-duty towing upgrades designed to handle the demands of hauling a fully off-road caravan, to a dialled-in all-terrain suspension setup that improves ride quality and control both on and off-road, this build is already transforming how this truck performs. With upgraded rims and aggressive Mickey Thompson tyres added a dual battery and power management system to keep everything running off-grid, along with practical onboard air this setup will give us the confidence to travel further, stay longer, and tackle more remote destinations. This is just the beginning of the build series. Stage 1 lays the groundwork, and there’s a lot more coming as we continue to take this setup to the next level.
