But the 4 runs scored proved to be enough as the game turns into a blow-out scoring 11 runs on 9 hits. Homeruns in the game for the Mets Ryan Church (9th) in the 6th, Jose Reyes (3rd) in the 8th and Hideki Matsui (6th) for the Yanks in the 6th off Perez. Oliver Perez goes 7.2 innings giving up 2 runs on 3 Yankee hits while striking out 4 and walking 2 to earn his 4th win of the season.
