Stuffed Uhu! - @pineappletophawaii

Aloha! And welcome back to pineapple top Hawaii! Mahalo for joining us ;) today I am making a stuffed Uhu (parrot fish). I make it in all different ways adding more or less ingredients but this one has majority of the ingredients that I usually use when baking it. Sometimes I fillet them and cut it in nice pieces piling on the fixings on top, or sometimes I bake it like this. Either way it is very ono! Uhu is a white fish, meaty and sometimes sweet. When pairing it with the Chinese sausage it really brings out a beautiful flavor. Here’s the ingredients we used: Uhu - 2.5-3 lbs scaled, cleaned and cut open for stuffing. Kamaboko - fish cake Chinese sausage - lup cheong Portuguese sausage White onion Green onion Tomatoes Mayonnaise Oyster sauce Baking time depends on the size of your fish but baked at 350* F.
