After graduating from the local Matsusaka Technical School, he started training as a carpenter at Ishida Construction at the recommendation of his father, and at the age of 28, he raised the roof of his first house as the master carpenter, becoming the 7th master carpenter of Kitayama Construction. After that, at the age of 34, he changed direction from the family business to a company and founded Kitayama Construction Co., Ltd. on May 21, 2001.
