How to Fossick for Sapphires

As requested, this episode covers the process of how to find sapphires. We look at the types of areas, the equipment (gem sieve, gold pan, sluice, etc) and the process. Using recently dug up gravel from Sapphire Bend, we test the process. What you need to know to be successful. NOTE: I incorrectly state the 1/4 inch is the bottom sieve and 1/8 inch is the top sieve.
