Mercedes Vario 612D Air Brake Pressure Sensors Install | Monitor Tank Pressures

Some Mercedes Varios don’t come with air brake pressure gauges as standard, so in this video I fit a gauge with two pressure sensors, one on each air tank, to give a clear dashboard reading of what the compressor and air brake system are doing. Being able to monitor air tank pressure is essential on any air brake system. If the pressure drops too low, the brakes can apply automatically, which could leave you stranded. This upgrade helps detect pressure loss early and gives a clearer picture of the overall condition of your Mercedes Vario air brake system.
