How YATVAC Will Reach 88 Million People Across Indianapolis

He’s from Indianapolis — and he’s using his platform to make a difference. After a violent holiday weekend shook the city, DuJuan McCoy, Owner, President, and CEO of Circle City Broadcasting, launched YATVAC — Youth Alternatives to Violence and Crime, a $2 million initiative aimed at curbing youth violence and building safer communities. Now, YATVAC is gaining momentum. The campaign has partnered with IndyGo, bringing its message to 30 bus routes, 63 zip codes, and more than 400 square miles — reaching an estimated 88 million impressions across Indianapolis. The initiative also includes curfew reminders, a resource website for families, and public service announcements from community leaders like IMPD Chief Chris Bailey and philanthropist Ann Parris. With local voices like Maggie Lewis, Dr. Virginia Caine, and Reverend Charles Harrison helping guide the mission, YATVAC continues to expand — proving that when a community comes together, change is possible. 👉 Learn more or get involved: YATVAC.org #YATVAC #CircleCityBroadcasting #DuJuanMcCoy #YouthViolencePrevention #Indianapolis #CommunityImpact #WISHTV #IndyGo #StopTheViolence #IndyYouthAbout YATVAC™ (Youth Alternatives to Violence and Crime) YATVAC™ is a community initiative led by Circle City Broadcasting and WISH-TV to provide youth with positive alternatives to violence and crime.
