Dr. Caroline Okorie, Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford Children's Health in the Division of Pulmonary, Asthma, and Sleep Medicine, gives valuable insight into why sleep is important for good health, particularly for the CF community. Her talk gives an overview of potential impediments to good sleep, how to achieve better sleep quality, and how to talk to your doctor about sleep issues.
