After a late night discovery, we set off in the campervan for a spontaneous trip to Oxhey Village Brewfest in Watford. What started a few years ago with just two local pubs has grown into a fantastic community event featuring six pubs, all within easy walking distance, serving quality cask ales, great food, live entertainment and plenty of village atmosphere. With the spring sunshine shining down, we find a peaceful park-up near Oxhey Park before heading out to explore the festival, sample some local beers and see what makes this annual event so popular with locals and visitors alike.
