The Hill Beast Workout and Run for Water 5k with Friends! - Spring FWD EP08

Less than 2 weeks out from race day, it's time for old faithful; the Hill Beast. This is a workout I've incorporated for years in my lead up to trail and ultra races. Inspired by the success of David Roche's athletes... this one is a good sharpener! In addition, we wrap up the end of our 8 week 5k clinic with Habitual Run Club, with an awesome time at the Run for Water in Abbotsford! Weather was great, PRs were snagged, and fun was had by all!
