Pattaya City has been under much speculation about its future. Yet Witherspoons have since branched out opening a second establishment in the city, along Beach Road. Things cannot be al that bad it businesses are expanding rather than crumbling. Pattaya City is marked as over, personally I disagree and see this as a time of restructure and that's all.
