Leeds Dock to Kirkstall Viaduct | Aire Valley Towpath Walk 2020

This afternoon I went for a nice walk along the Aire Valley towpath, starting from Leeds Dock and along the River Aire before joining the Leeds & Liverpool Canal at Granary Wharf! Along the way, we see all sorts of interesting landmarks, including the Royal Armouries Museum, Bridgewater Place, Leeds Station, Granary Wharf and more! 0:00 Leeds Dock 0:59 Royal Armouries Museum 2:01 Leaving Leeds Dock 2:59 View of Leeds Minster 3:26 Waterside Path 4:19 Crown Point Bridge 4:40 Walking along the River Aire 6:36 Moving away from the river briefly 7:14 Dock Street 9:05 Bridge End 9:52 Water Lane 10:56 Walking along the River Aire 12:17 View of Bridgewater Place 12:34 Walking along the River Aire 15:16 River Aire bends away under Leeds Station 15:23 Heading towards Granary Wharf 17:45 Granary Wharf 18:06 Beginning of Leeds & Liverpool Canal 18:16 Beginning of Aire Valley Towpath 18:48 Aire Valley Towpath 21:16 River Aire runs parallel to the canal 21:37 Aire Valley Towpath 25:40 St Ann Ings Lock 26:23 Aire Valley Towpath 30:21 Oddy Top Lock 31:10 Aire Valley Towpath 33:39 Spring Garden Lock 34:18 Aire Valley Towpath 35:45 Mile marker 36:09 Aire Valley Towpath 40:15 Close up with the Kirkstall Viaduct 40:43 Aire Valley Towpath 42:37 Time to turn around 42:46 Getting lost briefly 43:24 Aire Valley Towpath 44:34 Leaving the Towpath 44:46 Viaduct Road 45:56 River Aire 46:07 Viaduct Road 48:32 View of Kirkstall Viaduct from Kirkstall Road 48:46 Thank you for watching!
