Kawasaki Ninja 300 Rear Brake Pad Replacement

As an initiation project of ThrottleQuest Garage, here's a small tutorial on how to change the rear brake pads of the Kawasaki Ninja 300 (2013). However, this tutorial is also applicable to almost all the small Indian motorcycles between 150cc - 300cc segment as almost all of them use a similar twin pod rear brake setup.
