Everyone LOVES Fried Chicken. Period. In Shanghai, there are countless number of fried chicken stands on almost every street corner. But with so many to choose from, which one is the best? That's exactly what I'm trying to find out today. In this video I went around on a quest to find the best Fried Chicken Steak in Shanghai. I tried 5 fried chicken steak from 5 of the most popular fried chicken places. All the places I tried have locations throughout Shanghai and you will very likely run into some of them (if not all) when you travel in Shanghai (or even China). Watch this video so you can get your fried chicken steak with confidence! Here is my scoring system: 1. Size, including weight, length, width, and depth. 2. Price - Got to get the most bang for your buck. 3. Crust - is it crunchy? Does it stay on the meat? How's the texture? 4. Meat - is it tender juciy meaty? 5. Over flavor - is it salty or too bland? How's the marinate? I give 5 points to each category with 1 being the worst, 5 being the highest. We have a total 25 points and which ever has the most point wins this round.
